Section 2: Contact Person
- The contact person holds legal responsibility for his/her team and its members.
- For youth (20 years old or less and non-tertiary), please enter the contact of the teacher, guardian, or parent responsible.
- Birthday is to be in DD/MM/YYYY format.
- For Individual Participation, the contact person is the point of contact between the organizer and the team. Whereas for Affiliated Participation, the Affiliated Organization is the point of contact.
- For Affiliated Participation, please DO NOT fill in your organization’s details in this section.
