The following guidelines are meant for pitch video.

Requirements

• Duration is recommended to be between 30 seconds and 3 minutes max.
• Allowed video formats: MP4
• Full HD resolution. Preferably 1920 x 1080 pixels (16:9).
• The recorded video should be in landscape mode. Portrait orientation videos will NOT be accepted.
• If the video comes with music, make sure it is license-free.
• The preferred language is English.
• For foreign language videos, please include English subtitles. Else it will not be accepted.
• The subtitle position (if applied) should be at the bottom of the video.
• The top right corner of the video is reserved for the WorldInvent^TM or IDEA logo. Please do not place your logo there.

Recommendation

3D animation or a working prototype demonstration to explain the invention is highly recommended.

Naming Your Video

• Keep the file name short.

Uploading Your Video

• For Individual Participation
  • DO NOT upload to a public domain like YouTube. WorldInvent^TM will not be responsible if your idea gets stolen.
  • Create a free account on pCloud, WeTransfer, or any similar cloud service, and upload your video.
  • Attach the download link for the video in the registration form.
  • If you decide to submit it later, email the download link to contact@worldinvent.com along with the title of your invention no later than 31st May 2024.

  • Please submit your video to your Affiliated Organization.
