Once your application is received and verified, an invoice will be sent to you.
Judging
Judging will take place online by an esteem group of international jury. All entry will be mark by at least 2 judges. The Umpire and the Chief Judge will conduct random checks and markings.
Announcement of Results
Once the judging is completed, the results will be process and adjust before the results are announced.

Shipping of Awards
[OPTIONAL] All medals & certificates will ship out by the end of August free of charge. Shipping charges will be incurred for early requests.
